Refund policy

We are happy to provide an exchange or refund for items (excluding lab products, bulk and custom/bespoke orders and pre-orders) returned if you change your mind, as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase, in its original, saleable condition (including tags attached).

We allow exchange of size for any labcoats purchased online, as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase, in its original, saleable condition (including tags attached).

If you believe your purchased product has a manufacturing defect or is not as described, we would be happy to receive it back for assessment and if found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund you your purchase.

All refunds will be processed onto the credit card used for the original transaction.
