Refunds and returns

We are happy to provide a refund of the full purchase price (excluding shipping) for items (excluding swimwear) returned if you change your mind, as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase in its original, saleable condition (including tags attached) along with proof of purchase.

If you believe your purchased product has a manufacturing defect or not as described, we would be happy to receive it back for assessment and if found to be faulty, we will repair, replace or refund you your purchase. A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranties.

All refunds will be processed onto the credit card used for the original transaction.
