You have the option to select free Store Pickup from your cart. This functionality is currently in testing phase and we offer limited timeslots on most weekdays, which you can select to meet with us at our office for collection. We will roll out more collection options in the near future.

For Australian orders shipping is free for orders over $80 or a flat rate of $10 for orders under $80. 

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on total weight and destination of your order.

Your academic dress hire is included in the graduation package. On the day of your ceremony, you will be fitted and robed appropriately, so there is no need to organise this prior to your ceremony day

You will be required to attend the registration desk which opens 90 minutes before your ceremony. Here you will receive your graduation package inclusions such as guest tickets.

You will then be directed to the robing room where you will be fitted and dressed in your academic regalia.

Hereafter, you will be able to relax with family and friends until you are required to take your seat in the graduation hall.

Please note that you will be required to return your academic dress within an hour after your ceremony, so it is best to do your photos prior to the ceremony.

You are not required to register your guests. Your guest tickets will be issued to you when you attend the registration desk on the day of your ceremony.

You are allocated a total of 3 guest tickets as part of the graduation package. You may request additional guest tickets by contacting the graduations team. This request will be placed on a waiting list and you will be contacted shortly after RSVP has closed. As availability is subject to the size of each individual graduation ceremony, extra guest tickets for the Graduation Hall are issued on a case-by-case basis.

Your pre-ordered items will be available for pick-up from the various vendors in the foyer of 12 Wally's Walk on the day of your ceremony.

• Macquarie University merchandise are to be collected from the MacShop Online stall
• Presentation photo package, degree framing and the studio portrait sessions are available from the Graduation Photography stall
• Plaques and ceremony USB's are available from the Ambassador Productions stall

You need to ensure you have firstly responded to the invitation to attend your graduation ceremony which would have been sent to your student email address, after which you would be sent an email to finalise your graduation. This email would include a link through which you can activate your graduand account on this site using your student email address.

To obtain a tax invoice, please reply to the order confirmation email you would have received at the time of purchase, stating your request for a tax invoice
